Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IT Cert Ready, operated by Dogwood Apps, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your location.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

IT Cert Ready offers a free tier with limited practice questions after registration and paid subscription plans billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices, plan features, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply where required by law.

• Free tier: limited practice access after registration, as described on the site.
• Paid plans: recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual billing through Stripe.
• Cancellation: you may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Refunds: except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or publicly publish question banks or explanations.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any certification body or imply official endorsement.

The Service, including question content, explanations, software, branding, and design, is owned by Dogwood Apps, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own certification study while your account is in good standing.

IT Cert Ready is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISACA, Cyber AB, (ISC)², or any certification body.

Practice questions are original content developed to reflect publicly published exam content outlines and domain task statements. They are not actual exam questions from any official certification exam. Your results on this platform do not guarantee success on any official certification exam.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogwood Apps, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Dogwood Apps, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Virginia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
